Returns + Exchanges

If you are looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! All orders must be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery.

HOW TO RETURN

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a full refund*. All products must be in new condition and within its original packaging. We will NOT accept torn or missing packaging.

*Refunds for Special Condition items must fulfil the criteria listed below.

To return an item:
Please email letstalk@barkingpeanuts.com with your item details, order number and any relevant information about the product you would like to return. Ensure your email clearly indicates that you would like to RETURN an item. We will respond with instructions on how to return an item.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:

  • Treats: must be returned in original sealed packaging
  • Any fabric items: must be returned in same packaging and original condition
  • Poop Bags: must be returned in their full original packaging.


REFUNDS

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund to your account after more than 30 days, please contact your credit card or bank provider.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is a result of an incorrect item (if you have received the wrong item), we will refund your return shipping costs in full.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

You have 15 days from the delivery date to exchange your purchase. All product must be in new condition and in its original packaging.

You can change the size or colour of the same item(s) you have already purchased. If you prefer to exchange it for different item, you must ask for a return and make a new purchase. Please refer to the How to Return section.

To exchange an item:
Please email letstalk@barkingpeanuts.com with your item details, order number and any relevant information about the product you would like to exchange. Ensure your email clearly indicates that you would like to EXCHANGE an item. We will respond with instructions.

The original item should be returned within 14 business days of the request for exchange. If the deadline has passed and we have not received the original items, we will assume that you are no longer interested in pursuing an exchange. The original purchase will not be refunded.

Once the original item has been returned and processed, the exchanged product will be shipped to you within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the product has shipped.

    OPT FOR STORE CREDIT

    Opt for store credit to receive 100% of your funds (including return shipping costs associated with the purchased item) will be refunded to you in the form of store credit.
